THAT POST SHOW

If you are a fan of podcasts, you have almost certainly heard of "That Post Show," and if you haven't, it's about time you tuned in! As one of the more highly regarded podcasts on filmmaking out there, "That Post Show" thrives at providing a "roundtable discussion with industry experts about the art and science of video, film and post production."

Hosted by the always entertaining Kanen Flowers, writer/director Brad Crowe was invited to sit down (actually, the interview took place over Skype) with Kanen to discuss the making of Potter's Field. It was an absolute honor to be part of the show and we hope to be back in the future!

As the second biggest film festival in Hawaii, the Big Island Film Festival specifically aims to "celebrate the narrative filmmaker" through a series of screenings, symposiums and auctions - all wrapped in a spirit of Aloha!

The Big Island Film Festival, on the famed Kohala Coast of Hawaii, boasts world class resorts, great beaches and terrific weather and is ranked by MovieMaker Magazine as one of the "25 Coolest Film Festivals" (2009), one of "Twenty Festivals Worth the Entry Fee" (2007) as well as one of "25 Film Festivals Worth the Entry Fee" (2010).

This year BIFF will be honoring David James Elliott (JAG) and Eloise Mumford (The River, Crash),  who will appear in person at a special "Meet the Stars" gala. In addition, the "Best of Fest" concert will feature the the musical group "Kohala" along with Grammy award-winning producer Charles Michael Brotman, whose song "Hapuna Sunset" was recently featured on The Decendants soundtrack.

The Myrtle Beach International Film Festival is truly an independent film festival, providing an outlet for projects that represent the independent film maker, their vision, views, and artistic interpretation. They pride themselves in assessing each project, not based on its political undertones or lack thereof, but in their technical and artistic value, uniqueness and style.

In addition to being selected by MovieMaker Magazine as "One of the Top 25 Festivals Worth the Entry Fee," this festival has the added bonus of taking place in Myrtle Beach! One of the most beautiful and desired loations in the United States! (not to mention where my wife used to live!)

So get your grits and she-crab soup on and head down to the #3 best boardwalk in the nation (according to National Geographic) for some films you definitely wont want to miss!
